Art. 239 – The redemption of foro below 12$, is mandatory and this should be done within 12 months, from the publication of this Code relating to emphyteusis granted earlier, and from the date of the final possession given in respect of the future grants. Sole § The redemption referred to in the body of this article may be applied for by any person, without thereby acquiring any title by this fact.
