Art. 244 – The managing committee shall call the 69[camotins] and 70[painis] for ordinary meeting of the month of April and, after hearing their views , shall give instructions to the clerk of the comunidade to prepare the estimate and the clauses of the auction, recording the same in the respective minutes.
