Art. 267 – After the auctions are over and after the totals of the income and expenses awarded have been added up, indicating its source, the clerk of the comunidade, along with its attorney, shall write the closing declaration, mentioning, in words, the respective total, and shall present the books to the administration office, within eight days, under penalty of a fine of 120$, to enable the administrator to give his approval. § 1. The administrator shall give his approval, within the period of thirty days, from the date of submission of the books, and this approval shall be recorded in the entry book of the administration. § 2. There shall be no appeal against the order approving the auctions.
