Art. 321 – The experts shall verify in the inspection: a. Whether the lands are or not fit for the cultivation that the applicant proposes to do; b. Whether the plan of improvements and works to be executed, indicating the alterations that have to be done in the same scheme, can be approved and also whether the rent which shall be received by virtue of this lease, will be favorable to the interests of the comunidade.
