Art. 361 –The rebate of rent known as quita shall not be granted if the lessee fails to bring to the notice of any case arising from fortuitous events or of force major in precise terms of article 358 and its sole paragraph. § 1. The communication made, within three days, after the occurrence is considered as deemed made in due time. § 2. The benefit of the inspection made shall be of advantage to all the tenants.
