Art. 363 – The administrator, members of the managing committee, the lessee who fail to take appropriate measures or have not execute them to prevent the worsening of the damage, shall be held responsible to the comunidade that it may suffer and which shall be recovered by using ordinary means. Sole § Any member of the comunidade shall be considered as proper party to file suit to recover damages in favour of the comunidade.
