Art. 386 -There shall be one special book in each comunidade, to record the encroachment of land which have not been legalized, which shall be written according to model No. 14 and shall contain the measurement, the boundaries and the evaluation of the lands encroached, the name of the encroacher and all the details that may be needed, not only for the recognition and identification of these lands, but also for their restoration or redemption. §1. The valuation shall be done based on the value of the land at the time of encroachment of land, and it will be paid in terms of article 387 and respective paragraphs. §2. When a competent suit has been filed against the encroacher, this circumstance shall be mentioned and the name of the attorney in charge of the law-suit and the date of its filing shall be indicated.
