Art. 395 – The administrator and the 123[Government] can order that files inter-connected may be joined and suspend any other until a decision is reached on another or others on which they may be dependent. §1. However, all pending case files that may be of same nature and between the same parties, where one of them is the comunidade, shall be joined, in order to be disposed and decide jointly. §2. The tutelage authorities may request necessary clarifications for the good appreciation of the matters submitted for their resolution.
