Art. 399 – The costs shall be calculated by the secretary of the administration office. Sole § - In case of paragraph 1 of article 394, the costs of the proceedings shall be calculated before forwarding to the higher tutelage authorities and the appellant or the complainant, when is not the comunidade, shall deposit the costs and the stamp duties, failing which the appeal or the complaint shall be dismissed.
