Art. 443 – The annual budget, referred to in No. 3 of article 125, shall be organised by the secretary of the administration office as a file and the administrator shall give his final say. §1. A copy of the preceding year’s budget and his approval’s order shall be attached to the new budget. §2. A summary of the income and expenditure, indicating the surplus or deficit, that there may be, shall be shown on the front page of the file, below the title.
