Art. 514 – The clerk of the comunidade who fails to keep ready the accounts according to the rules and within the time limit, shall forfeit one third of his pay and may be dismissed by the 133[Government] after being heard, if the irregularity committed result any loss to the comunidade as a result of the irregularity committed, this loss may be recovered by means of charges to his accounts and to his guarantor. Sole § The administrator shall appoint a person to finalise the accounts and fix up a remuneration according to the volume of work. This remuneration shall be paid by the comunidade.
