Art. 520 - The credit may also be made by authorization signed by the creditor of the comunidade in stamped paper, with the signature notarised, when the such a signature is not known to the clerk of comunidade, who shall enter in that book an item in the form as shown in model No. 29. Sole § Once this entry has been signed by the clerk of the comunidade, he shall indicate the amount in the margin and shall make transfers as provided for in preceding article.
