Art. 53 – The managing committee may deliberate, when in addition to the president or his substitute, one of its members, with right to vote, is present. In event of a tie the president shall have the casting vote. § 1. In case of a simultaneous impediment of the president and his substitute, the oldest effective member shall preside. § 2. The relatives up to the 3rd degree under civil law, are barred from acting as committee members.
