Art. 538 – The book of sundry declarations and reports shall be used to write any record and deeds not included in the preceding book, such as those of reinforcement of sureties, transmission and others and the reports of inspections carried out by the managing committee and other agents of the comunidades, to remedy the breach of bunds and similar occurrences.
