Art. 627 – The emoluments and the wages shall be calculated as per the table attached to the Code. § 1. In the recovery cases of the amount which is less than 150 $, the emoluments and the wages shall be reduced to one fourth, and the value being inferior to 300 $ to half. § 2. The rules in force pertaining to the counting of non stamped paper, are applicable to the recovery cases.
