Art. 639 – Once the judgment and the annulment of the failed debt have been confirmed, the administrator shall order that the certificate of the judgment, with mention of all the required circumstances, shall be sent to the clerk of the comunidade, to enable him to make the competent entries in the books, so that the annulled credits will no longer figures in the yearly balance, save in the case of article 640.
