Art. 653 – The grants of land, made under the Regulations, dated 30 th October, 1886, Order dated 22nd December, 1898 and the Legislative Diploma No. 651, dated 30 th March,1933 are subject to the provisions of Article 341 and the following, when the land is in possession by the grantees or their heirs.
