Code of Comunidades of 1961

Art. 84 – Each comunidade or group of comunidades shall have one clerk –escrivão - of 1st, 2nd and 3rd class, as per the Map - 2-II annexed. § 1. The offices of the 1st class clerks of the comunidades of Carambolim, Chorão-Caraim-Passo de Ambarim, Calapur-Cujira, Jua, Serula, Margão and Curtorim shall have one assistant clerk with the category of 3rd class clerk. § 2. The Governor-General shall create posts of assistant clerks in the clerks office of the comunidade where the need of services so justify.
