Art. 92 – In the comunidades, without clerk’s assistants, the clerks shall be substituted, during their absence or impediment, by a reliable person of their responsibility, proposed by them and appointed by the administrator. Sole § A substitute appointed, in this manner, shall jointly be responsible with the clerk and, in cases of substitution due to sick leave, bereavement leave or sickness proven by a medical certificate, in accordance with the law, the substitute shall be entitled to a remuneration corresponding to two-third or half of the salary of the clerk substituted, paid by the comunidade, depending on whether the substitute is an unrelated person or a clerk of any other comunidade.
