Section 60. Penalty. THE GOA, DAMAN AND DIU AGRICULTURAL TENANCY ACT, 1964

60. Penalty.— Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act or of any rules made there under shall on conviction by a Magistrate be punishable with a fine not exceeding five hundred rupees.
