Section 12. Consolidation of applications.

12. Consolidation of applications.— (a) Where two or more applications for settlement of debts under section 10 are presented by or against the same debtor; or (b) where separate applications are presented by or against joint debtors under that section, all such applications shall be consolidated and heard together.
