Section 15. Penalties. The Goa, Daman and Diu Mining Concessions (Abolition and Declaration as Mining Leases ) Act, 1987

15. Penalties.—Any person who contravenes the provisions of this Act shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees, or with both.
