1. Short title and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Goa Erection of Shacks on Public Beaches (Regulation and Control) Act, 2024. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of March, 2024.
