22. Implementation of the Goa Investment Policy.— (1) The Board shall be responsible for the complete implementation of the Goa Investment Policy. (2) The Board shall ensure that the goals and targets of the Government and the goals and targets, if any, set under the Goa Investment Policy, are met.
