Section 62. Repeal and Savings.

62. Repeal and Savings.— (1) The Goa Investment Promotion and Facilitation of Single Window Clearance Ordinance, 2021 (Ordinance No. 3 of 2021) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
