Penalty for neglect to af ord information.— Any person neglecting to make the report required by Section 96, or to furnish the information or produce the documents required by Section 99 within the period specified in that section, shall be liable, at the discretion of the Collector, to a penalty not exceeding five thousand rupees, which shall be leviable as an arrear of land revenue.]
