Section 136. Postponement of sale.

136. Postponement of sale.— The sale may from time to time be postponed for any sufficient reason: Provided that, when the sale is postponed for a period longer than thirty days, a fresh proclamation and notice shall be issued unless the defaulter consents to waive it.
