[5A. Penalty for contravening provisions of Section 5.— Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 5 shall be liable to a penalty of,— (a) one thousand rupees for the first contravention, five thousand rupees for the second contravention and ten thousand rupees for every subsequent contravention, where such contravention relates to a residential house; (c) Five thousand rupees for the first contravention, ten thousand rupees for the second contravention and fifty thousand rupees for every subsequent contravention, where such contravention relates to a commercial establishment.].
