Article 1151 – Liability of husband for illegal alienation or illegal charge - The husband who alienates or binds the dotal assets, in cases in which he is not allowed to do so, is liable for all the losses and damages to the wife as also to third parties, to whom he has not declared the nature of the alienated assets.
