Section 1169. Special regime for ante-nuptial gifts Portuguese Civil Code, 1867

Article 1169 – Special regime for ante-nuptial gifts - The ante-nuptial gifts shall not be annulled:
1. For want of express acceptance;
2. Due to supervention of issues;
3. On account of ingratitude.
