Section 1341. Responsibility of joint holders

Article 1341 – Responsibility of joint holders - There being different persons jointly entrusted with the agency, each of them is answerable for his acts, if it is not stipulated otherwise. § Sole paragraph - In case of failure to execute the agency, the liability shall be shared equally amongst all the agents.
