Section 1475. Lapse of liabilities

Article 1475 - Lapse of liabilities - The gifted assets, transferred, through the reversion clause, to the person or persons in whose favour the said clause was stipulated, shall stand transferred free from any encumbrances, placed on them during the time when they were in the possession of the donee.
