Section 1480. Gift made by married man to his mistress

Article 1480 – Gift made by married man to his mistress - Gifts made by a married man to his mistress are null and void. This nullity may only be declared on the application of the wife of the donor or of her legitimate heirs, the respective suit however cannot be filed except within two years after dissolution of the marriage.
