Section 1497. Valuation of gift of mobiliary assets

Article 1497 - Valuation of gift of mobiliary assets - If the gift consists of mobiliary assets, one shall take into account, in the reduction, the value of these at the time of the gift. § Sole paragraph - The provisions of §§ 2 and 3 of article 2107 shall be applicable in this case.
