Article 1547 – Specification dependent on choice - The parties also may agree that the specification of the thing sold may be dependent on choice, and that this may be exercised by any of them or by a third person. § Sole paragraph - Where the choice is to be done by third party, and the latter does not want or cannot do it, the contract will be of no effect, if some other thing is not agreed upon.
