Section 1577. Effect of rescission of contract

Article 1577 – Effect of rescission of contract - Where the contract is rescinded, in accordance with the provisions of the preceding article, the seller shall be bound to refund the price, if it has been received, and reimburse all the expenses incurred by the purchaser in connection with the contract.
