Section 168. Grounds for suspension of parental authority

Article 168 – Grounds for suspension of parental authority - Parental authority is suspended: 1. Due to the incapacity of the parents, judicially ascertained; 2. Due to the absence of the parents, in accordance with Article 82; 3. Due to a conviction of the parents involving a temporary interdiction in relation to that power.
