Section 1693. Laudemium

Article 1693 – Laudemium - The laudemium stipulated in the emphyteuses of the past shall be maintained as agreed. Such laudemium is of forty installments, if not otherwise specified in. § Sole paragraph - The obligation to pay the laudemium is on the acquirer.
