Article 1705 – Laudemium47 in sub-emphyteusis - In case of alienation of the sub-emphyteusis, there shall be observed in respect of the “laudemium”, whatever, with the concurrence of the holder of the “dominium directum”, is stipulated in the contract of emphyteusis.
