Article 1764 - Incapacity to make the Will - The making of a Will is forbidden: 1. To those who are not in perfectly sound mind. 2. To those below fourteen years of age of either sex. § Sole paragraph – The blind and those who cannot or do not know how to read, shall not make a closed Will.
