Article 1934 - Book of the acts of opening - The record, mentioned in the preceding article, shall be entered in a numbered book, initialled and signed at the end by the Civil Governor. § Sole paragraph – When the opening is made by the head official of the village, such act shall be drawn up on the external leaf of the Will or in case there is no space left therein, on an annexed leaf and the said Will along with the act shall be forwarded to the administrator of the taluka, within the next twenty four hours, in order to be entered in the appropriate book, and for other purposes, dealt with in article 1935.
