Section 1972. Renunciation of inheritance

Article 1972 - Renunciation of inheritance - Where the closer relatives repudiate the inheritance, or cannot succeed, the said inheritance shall devolve to the relatives of the subsequent degree; but where only some of the co-heirs repudiate their part, such part shall accrue to that of the other co-heirs.
