Article 2280 – Counting of non–user – In discontinuous easements, prescription shall run from the day on which it ceased to be used, and in the continuous ones, from the day on which the interruption of the easement commences. § Sole paragraph – In relation to the mode of easement, prescription shall run on the same terms.
