Section 2527. Effects of oath

Article 2527 – Effects of oath – After the offer made by one party and its acceptance, the other side is not permitted to prove that it is false. § Sole paragraph – But if the falsehood of oath is verified by criminal proceedings the injured party shall be entitled to losses and charges.
