Article 319 – Registration and publication of the judgement - After the judgement of interdiction is pronounced, either by the Trial Court or by Appellate Court, the same shall be registered in the Book of Guardianships of the domicile of the interdicted and published by extract in the first case in some of the newspapers of the divisions, and by notice affixed at the place of aforesaid domicile and in the second case in the gazette of the respective High Court. § Sole Paragraph - This registration and publication shall be prosecuted by the dealing Clerk of the file.
