Article 4 – Sources of rights and obligations – These rights and obligation originate:- 1. From the very nature of man. 2. From one’s own factum and will irrespective of the co-operation of another. 3. From one’s own factum and will and that of another jointly. 4. From the factum and will of another. 5. By mere provision of law.
