Section 425. Search of treasures in the property of another

Article 425 – Search of treasures in the property of another – No one is allowed to search for treasures in private property of another, without the permission of the owner thereof; the offender shall forfeit, in favour of the owner, whatever he found, and he shall also be liable for losses and damages.
