Article 444 – Springs and water sources - The owner of a property where there may be any spring or source of water may use the same and dispose freely of its use, except where any third party has acquired a right to this use by just title. § Sole paragraph - The provisions of Articles 438 & 439 shall apply to the waters referred to in this article.
