Section 464. Compulsory sharing of water gates

Article 464 – Compulsory sharing of water gates - But, where the neighbour who is subject to the servitude mentioned in preceding article, wishes to take benefit of the said work, he may acquire joint interest therein, upon payment of a part of the expenditure in proportion to the benefit that he may receive.
