Section 507. Benefit of prescription

Article 507 – Benefit of prescription – Anyone who has capacity to acquire may avail of prescription, and even persons without such capacity may avail of it, if the prescription is negative. § Sole paragraph - Persons under disability may acquire by way of positive prescription through the persons who legally represent them.
